Performance Data

  • The theoretical performance of the PM865K01 control unit in a non-redundant configuration is twice that of the PM860. However, based on actual applications and program optimization, performance data may be slightly lower than the theoretical value. When configured redundantly, execution performance is slightly slower than in a non-redundant configuration.
  • Since the PM865K01 is designed as a high safety integrity controller, when used in process automation applications, performance data is as stated above. When used for high safety integrity, performance data is slightly reduced.
  • The master-slave controller redundancy switching time is generally less than 10ms.
