Installation:

  • Must be installed in the main (Rack 0) RX7i rack, preferably in slots 3 and 4.
  • Ensure rack power is off during installation.
  • Connect cables to TX and RX connectors and route the fiber optic cable accordingly.
  • Power on the RX7i rack after installation.

Configuration: The module requires a hardware configuration from the RX7i CPU to operate on a network. Parameters such as Node ID, Redundant Transfer Mode, Rogue Master, Network Memory Offset, and Interrupt enable can be configured for general-purpose reflective memory operation.
