DI828 Digital Input Module
Description
The DI828 is a 16-channel digital input module designed for 120 V AC/DC inputs within the S800 I/O system. It operates with an AC input voltage range of 77 to 130 V and an input current of 8.5 mA at 120 V AC. For DC inputs, the voltage range is 75 to 130 V with an input current of 2.4 mA at 120 V DC. Each input channel is individually isolated.
Every input channel includes current limiting components, EMC protection components, input state indication LEDs, optical isolation barriers, and an analog filter.
The DI828 can be used on the Extended MTU TU851, which provides two terminals per channel.
